Lithuanian Drug Ring? 17. júlí 2006 11:04 In the last eighteen months there have been four major drug busts in Iceland all connected to six Lithuanian men. Their arrest has prevented over fifty kilos of drugs being sold in the country. Speculation abounds in Iceland that a Lithuanian mafia has become firmly rooted in the Icelandic underworld. Three Lithuanians were also arrested trying to import amphetamine-base and sulphuric acid used to make amphetamine. Jóhannesson adds that police are investigating the possible production of amphetamine in Iceland.
